Order Processing Time
All orders placed on milanogroup.com are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delivery Address & Details
To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please make sure that:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate, including building name, apartment or villa number, area, and emirate.
- Your contact number is active — our courier may call to confirm location before delivery.
- Someone is available at the address to receive the package during delivery hours.
Address ChangesPlease contact our support team immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery details.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues. While we always work to deliver on time, Milano Group cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the package, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All Milano orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched. However, if you receive your order in a damaged condition or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will investigate the matter promptly and provide a suitable resolution — including replacement or refund — based on the circumstances.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by location and are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information regarding any potential charges before placing an international order.

يمكنك تخطي رسوم الشحن مع خدمة الاستلام المحلية المجانية في الشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. بعد تقديم طلبك واختيار الاستلام المحلي عند الخروج، سيكون طلبك جاهزًا للاستلام خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل. سنرسل إليك بريدًا إلكترونيًا عندما يكون طلبك جاهزًا بالإضافة إلى التعليمات.
