Order Processing Time

All orders placed on milanogroup.com are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

  • Click the tracking link to view live updates from our courier partner.
  • Alternatively, log in to your Milano account and visit the "My Orders" section.

If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delivery Address & Details

To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please make sure that:

  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate, including building name, apartment or villa number, area, and emirate.
  • Your contact number is active — our courier may call to confirm location before delivery.
  • Someone is available at the address to receive the package during delivery hours.

Address ChangesPlease contact our support team immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery details.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues. While we always work to deliver on time, Milano Group cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the package, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

All Milano orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched. However, if you receive your order in a damaged condition or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will investigate the matter promptly and provide a suitable resolution — including replacement or refund — based on the circumstances.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by location and are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information regarding any potential charges before placing an international order.

Milano Group Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Sometimes the order processing time is different from the shipping time you see at checkout. Milano Group is not responsible for any potential delay due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Usually we charge 15 AED flat rate shipping to United Arab Emirates.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Sharjah, UAE. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 09:00 - 18:00 on Mon - Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Milano Group is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on +971505062069 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
