Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the conditions below:

  • Items in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • All original tags and labels still attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

✗ Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Returns requested after 14 days

How to Return an Item

Returning your Milano order is straightforward. Just follow these four simple steps:

We'll review your request and send a return authorization.

Pack the item securely and send it to our return address.

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.

ImportantPlease do not ship returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer hassle-free exchanges on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

How Exchanges Work

  • Contact our support team with your order number and exchange request.
  • We'll confirm availability of the requested size or color.
  • Ship the original item back to us in its original condition.
  • Once received, we'll dispatch your replacement at no additional cost (first exchange only).

Note: Subsequent exchanges on the same order may be subject to standard shipping fees. Exchanges depend on stock availability — if the requested item is unavailable, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that the exact time for refund credit may also depend on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

For verified damaged or defective items, we offer a full refund or free replacement, including all shipping costs. No customer should ever pay for our mistake.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective or incorrect items: Milano covers all return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind, size, or color: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • First-time exchanges: Free outbound shipping for the replacement item within the UAE.

Pro TipWe recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items above AED 200. Milano cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the standard processing time, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again — refunds may take a few extra days to officially post.
  • Contact your credit card company; processing times vary by issuer.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often a brief processing window before refunds appear.

If you've completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team and we'll investigate immediately.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are eligible for return under the standard policy unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Refunds on discounted items will be processed at the actual amount paid, not the original retail price.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the UAE, the same 14-day return policy applies. However, please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original international shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be sent with a trackable courier and clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs delays.
  • Please contact our team before initiating any international return.
