FREE UAE RETURNS - 7 Days
We want to make sure you're always satisfied with our products. Therefore, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items with tags still attached, in the original packaging. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, but it may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. Courier charges may apply for return or exchange collections.
If your original payment was made by cash on delivery, we can provide store credit for the same amount.
Products purchased during sale events are non-refundable.
EXCHANGESIf you wish to exchange your items, the simplest way is to return them as described above and place a new order.
