Sweat absorbent feature keeps the body dry and comfortable; it pulls the moisture away from the skin to the surface of the fabric.
The Key Feature of the fabric is that it is constructed in a way where the inside of the fabric worn next to the skin is predominantly cotton and the outside is polyester. This therefore combines the comfort of cotton with the hardwearing properties of polyester.

PREMIUM COTTON JERSEY
Combed Compact Ring-Spun Cotton,
200 gsm, bio-wash process.
Jersey cotton is a type of knitted fabric known for its soft, comfy feel and laid-back aesthetic. The textile is also notably stretchy. While traditional cotton doesn't have this flexibility, the knitting technique gives it an elastic quality, even without blending synthetic fibers like elastane or spandex.
Recommended for Screen printing & DTF printing.
HEAVY WEIGHT COTTON JERSEY
Combed Compact Ring-Spun Cotton,
190 gsm, bio-wash process.
Cotton jersey fabric is knitted with interlocking loops of yarn making it stretchy. It’s different from a woven fabric where the yarns crisscross perpendicular to each other. Jersey, made from cotton, is normally a fine single knit with an obvious right and wrong side but different knit constructions can produce a double faced fabric, like scuba, which is more stable with less stretch.
Recommended for Screen printing & DTF printing.
TRI-BLEND
50% Polyester 25% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 25% Rayon,
145gsm
This fabric is incredibly soft with great drape, stretch and recovery. Good for sports, gym and casual wear. A tri-blend is a fabric made up of three different materials: cotton, polyester, and rayon. Rayon is certainly the wild card here, as it's by far the least common (and most mysterious) material on that list.
Rayon by itself doesn't make for a great t-shirt because of how light, thin, and drapey it would be, but combined with cotton and polyester it makes for nearly the perfect garment.
Recommended for Screen printing & DTF printing.
FLEECE
Combed Ring-Spun Cotton
300 gsm, bio-wash process.
Typically, this fabric is created from polyester. The fibers of polyester are woven into a light fabric which is brushed to help the fibers increase in volume.
Your favorite cozy fleece can be used in sweatshirts, hoodies & track pants. Ideal for screen printing, embroidery & DTF printing.
FRENCH TERRY
60% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 40% Polyester.
230/240 gsm, bio-wash process.
Our French Terry knit fabric features a long lasting, soft hand feel with a smooth face for decorating and looped back for superior softness against the skin.
